We are offering clients access to the upcoming initial public offering of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. ("SpaceX") Class A Common Stock expected to be priced at US$135 per share, to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker SPCX.

This is expected to be the largest IPO in history with over 24 Joint Book-Running Managers listed in the prospectus. The stock is positioning itself as a growth story to market with tailwinds across its Space Services, Artificial Intelligence, and Network operations.
